The position

As a Business Analyst Security, you are responsible for conducting business analyses within diverse security and technology programs. You will map business processes, systems, risks, and control measures, and translate complex issues into clear, actionable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, security specialists, architects, and technical teams.

You will facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions to gain insight into needs, bottlenecks, and risks. Based on this input, you will draw up functional and non-functional requirements and develop use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definitions of Done.

In addition, you will identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement within projects and monitor the coherence between requirements, security controls, decision-making, and implementation activities. Through clear analyses, reports, and advice, you will support stakeholders in making well-informed decisions and contribute to the successful realization of security and transformation objectives.

What you bring

Offer

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Solution Analyst, or similar.
• Experience within complex IT, technology, infrastructure, or transformation environments.
• Demonstrable experience with requirements engineering and business process analysis.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with drafting use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in translating business and technical requirements into practical solution directions.
• Experience within cybersecurity, information security, or security transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security controls, and risk management.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Freelance assignment (ZZP).
• Initial contract duration of 6 months.
• Possibility of extension.
• Compensation between € 5,000 and € 7,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
• 32–40 hours per week (hybrid; on-site presence 3 days per week)
• Challenging assignment within a modern and innovative organization.
• Ample room for own initiative and independence.
