Context

You will join the SABI squad (Intelligent Banking Assistant Squad), a growing team dedicated to developing AI assistants for group employees.

The squad manages two products:

The team currently consists of a Project Manager, a Scrum Master, two Business Analysts, and four developers, and continues to grow. It is in this context that we are looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen it.

• GABI, a conversational assistant allowing bank advisors to quickly access their procedures and business information
• The HR Assistant, allowing employees to access all HR information for their organization
• Work in conjunction with business stakeholders and the internal multidisciplinary team to identify their needs and translate them into requirements
• Collect business needs
• Carry out feasibility studies and impact studies associated with business needs and estimate associated costs
• Analyze the value of projects / user stories, define monitoring indicators in conjunction with the business team
• Participate in customer experience design workshops
• Write the functional part of user stories (functions, business rules, and indicators)
• Ensure the updating of functional documentation repositories
• Write functional specifications
• Define the testing strategy and formalize functional test plans
• Lead the execution of functional tests and write validation and integration reports
• Support business units in the operational implementation of the new application solution
• Support development teams in understanding the needs correctly
• Analyze and process incidents reported by establishments
• Banking environment around two conversational AI assistants: GABI and the HR Assistant
• Products developed in Angular for the front-end and in Python for the middle layer (ROA)
• Use of generative AI technologies such as LLMs
• Mastery of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies
• Mastery of methodologies related to Testing and Requirements Management
• Associated tools: JIRA, Confluence, OCTANE, Xray, HP ALM
• Average daily rate: €420
