For an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a Business Analyst to help bridge the gap between business and IT. You will join an organization that will start migrating from Microsoft Dynamics AX to SAP S/4HANA next year. The first phase of this project focuses on SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).

You don't need to be a SAP expert today. More importantly, you are a strong Business Analyst with the ambition to develop within one of the most sought-after ERP platforms on the market.

What will you do? As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the business to analyze processes, develop optimizations, and successfully guide changes. Among other things, you will:

• analyze business processes and develop improvement proposals;
• gather business requirements and translate them into concrete solutions;
• organize workshops and guide stakeholders;
• form the bridge between business, IT, and external implementation partners;
• provide support during testing, implementation, and change management;
• actively participate in a strategic ERP transformation towards SAP S/4HANA.
• You have experience as a Business Analyst.
• You are strong in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain is a major asset.
• You have experience with an ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, IFS, SAP, ...).
• SAP experience is a nice-to-have, but certainly not a requirement.
• You speak fluent Dutch.
• You are strong in communication and can connect different stakeholders.
• You will be involved from the start of an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• You will have the opportunity to develop towards SAP without prior experience being required.
