Business Analysts x 3 - Mortgage Transformation (must have mortgage/banking experience) - £455 - London/hybrid

Role Purpose: Support a large-scale mortgage migration programme through mortgage product analysis, business and data mapping, transformation requirements and migration readiness.

Essential Experience:

Desirable Experience:

• Business Analysis experience within retail banking.
• Strong UK mortgage knowledge across products, servicing, arrears and retention.
• Experience of mortgage migration, servicing-platform or core-banking transformation.
• Hands-on data migration, mapping and transformation experience.
• Strong workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Consumer Duty, FCA requirements and MCOB.
• Experience of Legacy product and contractual terms-and-conditions analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyse mortgage products, servicing processes and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Define business, functional, data and migration requirements.
• Perform source-to-target mapping and identify data, product and process gaps.
• Work with mortgage SMEs, operations, data and technology teams to define transformation rules.
• Support migration rehearsals, reconciliation, SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live readiness.
• Produce clear requirements, user stories, process maps and data specifications.
