Project overview

The assignment involves developing the domain architecture for the Future Proof Monitoring and Securing program for the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Designing the domain architecture for the Monitoring and Securing domain
• Aligning processes and information provision with chain partners such as the National Police
• Guiding digital, information-driven, and secure transitions within the program
• Preparing a starting architecture and transition plan for connection to the Operational Planning System via the National Coordination Center
• Contributing to the Target Operating Model for information provision within the domain
• Establishing architecture principles as a framework for project decisions within the program
• Aligning digital and ICT strategy with the business goals of the organization
• Evaluating the impact of organizational and technological changes on the enterprise architecture
• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable work experience within the requested eCF profile or a comparable role
• Dutch nationality in connection with the required security investigation
• Demonstrable work experience as an enterprise or domain architect within a central government organization, active within the security or justice domain
• Knowledge of and interest in the Monitoring and Securing domain, or a comparable high-risk security domain
• Experience with architecture projects focused on chain digitization, platform integration, or information subsystems within the government
