We are currently seeking a DV-Cleared Business Architect to join our team, for a piece of work centred around how technology supports defence business operations, and how changes to technology, processes, services, and ways of working need to come together to create an effective operating model.

Key Responsibilities

As such, our consultant must have strong proven history with defence operating models and technology.

Furthermore, they must have active DV Clearance due to the sensitivites of our programme.

• Define, develop, and implement operating models that align technology capabilities with defence operational requirements.
• Assess the operational impact of technology changes across people, processes, technology, governance, and service management.
• Lead change activity associated with the introduction, transition and transformation of technology-enabled services.
• Translate technical concepts and technology capabilities into practical operational processes and ways of working.
• Identify gaps between the existing operating model and the capabilities required to support new technology or services.
• Work with stakeholders and suppliers to close operational, process and service management gaps.
