As a Business Consultant, you will translate AI and digitalization opportunities into actionable and manageable plans within Technical Expertise. You will be responsible for inventorying needs, assessing impacts, defining ownership, and supporting management with steering and progress measurement.

As a Business Consultant, you will translate AI and digitalization opportunities into actionable and manageable plans within Technical Expertise.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Inventory what is needed to successfully realize each opportunity
- Determine the consequences of the change for employees, teams, and existing processes
- Establish ownership for the realization and the results
- Formulate preconditions and success factors
- Set up measurement of progress and returns
- Support the management team in steering on value, risks, and progress
- Collaborate with experts, process owners, and the change organization
- Monitor coherence between the various AI and digitalization initiatives and their alignment with the roadmap
- Bachelor's or Master's work and thinking level, for example in business administration, technical business administration, information management, or public administration
- Years of experience in a role as a business consultant, program manager, project leader, or organizational advisor in the field of digitalization, innovation, data, or artificial intelligence
- Experience in translating strategic ambitions into concrete plans with goals, ownership, decision-making, and measurable results
- Skill in connecting different interests and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Good command of the Dutch language, oral and written
- Experience with artificial intelligence, data analysis, or other digital applications in business processes is a plus
- Experience in a complex, technical, or capital-intensive organization, for example energy, infrastructure, or production, is a plus
- Experience in preparing business cases and substantiating investment decisions is a plus
- Knowledge of data quality, information security, privacy, ethics, or risk management in AI applications is a plus
