Project overview
The assignment focuses on mapping and improving existing organizational processes at the NZa.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Documenting processes according to a template based on a CMMI charter
- Scaling processes to the CMMI maturity level (scale 1-5)
- Preparing an overview of the most promising improvement proposals per process
- Describing 8 organizational processes in accordance with the process charter
- Identifying and addressing issues as a connecting link between business and IT
- Expert knowledge and recent practical experience with process automation and operational excellence
- Experience with CMMI maturity levels is a plus
- Advanced knowledge and recent experience with business-IT alignment
- Knowledge of and experience with BPMN
- Familiarity with Bizzdesign is considered a plus
- Work experience gained in (national) government, with experience within a CIO office being a plus
- Extensive, general experience at the interface of IT and business
- Strong communication skills as a bridge builder between business and IT
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week
