C# / .NET Developer Algorithmic Trading

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced C#/.NET developer for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will join a team designing a trading order execution system. You will work closely with traders in a demanding environment where performance and reliability are key.

Responsibilities

You will manage the entire application lifecycle, from idea to production. On-call duties may be required. At Ingéniance, you will join our CDI cadre expert community with a real career development path.

Profile sought

You have solid experience in C#/.NET development and a very strong technical level. You are proficient in WPF, multithreading, and have prior experience with real-time or trading applications. You are familiar with electronic trading, the functioning of an order book, and ideally, energy markets (gas, electricity). Knowledge of low latency and algorithmic trading is a significant asset. You use Git and Azure DevOps. Fluent English, both written and spoken. You can communicate directly with traders in a demanding context: listening, clear communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

You can manage multiple topics in parallel. Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent.

• Assist traders in developing their trading algorithms
• Contribute to the execution system framework (orders, trades, positions)
• Gather requirements and write specifications with business users
• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, using a DevOps approach (Git, Azure DevOps)
• Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance, as well as functional and technical support
• Design real-time, low-latency, multithreaded components
