Chair & Process Director Multi Expert Team (Freelance)

Project overview

The assignment concerns guiding the transition phase to a new working method within the social domain around safety and care.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Chairing the meetings of the Multi Expert Team, both substantively and procedurally
• Breaking through deadlocked situations between professionals, chain partners, and families
• Executing decision-making process direction, including weighing safety risks and making escalation agreements
• Securing and transferring the working method and expertise of the MET to the new regional structure, to be completed before July 1, 2027
• HBO or academic working and thinking level
• Demonstrable experience with independently executing complex management assignments
• Natural authority and the ability to switch effortlessly between organizations in the care and security domain
• Experience with highly complex cases (0-100 years) and the objective assessment of acute and structural safety risks
• Ability to flexibly and autonomously organize one's own work for ad-hoc process management
• Knowledge of the Future Scenario Child and Family Protection and Phased Cooperation on Safety is a plus
