Change Management & Communications Specialist - Hechingen, Germany (hybrid 3 days WFO)

Project overview

Seeking an experienced external Change Management & Communications Specialist to support strategic transformation initiatives. The engagement will ensure continuity of critical change activities while strengthening long-term organizational change capabilities.

Change management and communication support for key transformation initiatives while helping establish a sustainable and repeatable PROSCI-based change management framework.

Apply PROSCI-based change management methodologies and tools

Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments

Develop change management and communication plans

Create change stories, messaging, and engagement materials

Support resistance management and adoption tracking

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities

Coach internal stakeholders and support knowledge transfer

Contribute to sustainable change management capability building

Internal Transformation Initiatives

Employee engagement and organizational adoption activities

Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, or Transformation Programs

Perform Change management assessment via PROCSI tools & methods .Practical experience with PROSCI methodology

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Experience developing communication strategies and materials

Conduct workshops, coach stakeholders about the changes and do knowledge transfer

Candidates with HR, Change process, Org restructure, Org transformation, communication experts

Fluent English and German (C1 or C2 mininmum)

Healthcare, manufacturing, or engineering industry experience preferred

Successful support of strategic transformation initiatives

Improved employee adoption and engagement
