Change Manager (interim)

Project overview

The Change Manager will lead the further development of the System Vision within the Social Employment Provision WIOT of the municipality of The Hague.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Directing the implementation of the Vision WIOT improvement plan
• Translating the improvement plan into concrete process improvements and work agreements
• Guiding the organization in implementing unambiguous process agreements within the chain from quotation to invoice
• Monitoring the progress, decision-making, and implementation of process improvements
• Increasing support, user acceptance, and ownership among employees
• Collaborating with process owners, team leaders, communication advisors, and Learning & Development advisors
• Overseeing the alignment between business processes and the configuration of Vision
• Directing governance, management, and compliance related to Vision
• Identifying risks and escalating where necessary
• Sustainably anchoring improvements and responsibilities in the line organization
• Experience in leading complex change processes and securing results in the line organization
• Analytical insight into the coherence between processes, data, information provision, and system design
• Strong stakeholder management skills towards management, process owners, users, and suppliers
• Ability to direct multiple improvement initiatives and dependencies
• Excellent communication skills at operational, tactical, and strategic levels
