Project overview

The assignment focuses on further implementing the BIO2 standard and coordinating ENSIA accountability within the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Performing a BIO2 gap analysis and recording results in the ISMS
• Developing an implementation plan for BIO2 including responsibilities and planning
• Advising management on feasibility and risks
• Providing kick-off presentations for stakeholders
• Preparing documentation for internal and external audits
• Drafting and having the council statement and appendices for ENSIA approved
• Developing an action plan for ENSIA 2026/2027 and initiating the cycle
• Preparing quarterly reports for Q3 and Q4 2026
• Developing policies on patching, logging/monitoring, and vulnerabilities
• Guiding and training a colleague (TISO) in the role of security officer
• Conducting risk assessments, document reviews, and analyses
• Leading workshops for owners of processes and systems
• Informing management and the client about progress
• Completed Bachelor's degree in IT
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as (C)ISO within a municipality
• At least 5 years of practical experience in the role of ENSIA coordinator
• Strong, stress-resistant, and collaborative personality
• Strong connecting skills towards stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
