Civil Project Manager

Project overview

As project manager, you will finalize the preparation phase and manage the realization of an infrastructure project in Drenthe.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Taking over control of the execution after the tender has been completed and a contractor has been selected
• Managing the project team and monitoring planning, finances, risks, quality, and progress
• Ensuring good cooperation with the contractor, advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Adjusting where necessary, so that the project is completed within the agreed frameworks
• HBO thinking level, preferably in the direction of civil engineering, infrastructure, or something similar
• Demonstrable experience in managing civil or infrastructure projects
• Experience in managing planning, finances, risks, and quality within projects
• Experience in guiding the execution phase of infrastructure projects
• Experience in substantively managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Experience in cooperation with contractors and other external project partners
• Preferably experience gained within a public organization, such as a municipality, province, or water board
