We are continuing our development and are currently looking for a Climatic and Metrology Testing Technician to work with one of our clients.

Context: Do you want to be involved in tests that verify the reliability and resistance of products in an industrial environment? This mission will allow you to take charge of the organization, monitoring, and reliability of climatic and endurance tests, from preparation to validation of results.

Here is a detailed overview of your missions: 🎯

You will be responsible for the operational management of climatic and endurance tests, as well as the monitoring of associated equipment.

In this role, you will be involved in several activities:

Test Preparation and Execution

Metrology and Test Equipment Management

Management and Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and launch tests in accordance with validation plans and test requests
• Conduct different types of tests: thermal shocks, thermal endurance, endurance and product actuation life, sealing (IP), and salt spray
• Write test specifications based on specifications and information provided by the validation manager
• Review internal and external test reports to ensure the reliability of results and their compliance with procedures and specifications
• Ensure annual calibration of test equipment, either directly or by using a service provider
• Collect and process calibration data
• Schedule the use of equipment and test benches
• Evaluate internal capabilities to determine where tests will be conducted
• Ensure adherence to the validation test schedule and update their monitoring based on equipment and team availability
• Estimate costs and time required for test execution
• Monitor equipment performance indicators, particularly TRS (OEE)
• Participate in initiatives to improve service efficiency
