• Manage the Cloud IAM environment and participate in the implementation projects of cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure IaaS / PaaS, etc.).
• Design, implement, and maintain robust IAM solutions for multicloud environments (Microsoft, AWS, etc.).
• Manage cloud permissions applying the principle of least privilege.
• Integrate internal and third-party applications with existing SSO solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize IAM system performance to ensure optimal security.
• Conduct regular IAM audits and remediate detected vulnerabilities.
• Automate recurring tasks and document configurations and processes implemented.
• Ensure technical coordination with third-party teams and facilitate sessions.
• Identify and communicate operational risks and rally stakeholders to find a solution.
• Create and maintain scripts based on Microsoft Graph to automate processes.
• Write documentation and procedures.
• University Master's degree in Computer Science, EPF/HES engineering diploma, federal diploma, or equivalent training.
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD Expertise: mastery of key features such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Security (Conditional Access), fine-grained management of roles and access, as well as the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and External Identities (B2B / B2C).
• IAM Security and Standards: good understanding of Zero Trust, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect concepts applied to identity governance.
• Proven experience in auditing and compliance with security best practices.
• Hybrid Identity Management: ability to integrate and synchronize on-premises environments (Active Directory) with cloud solutions, while ensuring service continuity and optimal security.
• Versatility with other IAM solutions: familiarity with complementary tools such as SailPoint and Ping Identity, allowing for the enrichment and diversification of authentication strategies.
• Automation and Scripting: mastery of languages and tools such as PowerShell (Graph API) to automate administration processes and ensure efficient access management.
• Compliance and Regulation: knowledge of regulatory requirements (LPD, LIPAD, ISO 27001) and ability to implement control and reporting mechanisms ensuring continuous compliance.
• Ability to deploy and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions on various platforms.
• Excellent ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong ability to interact with expert engineers, project stakeholders, and management.
• Mastery of communication within an organization based on remote work.
• Good knowledge of ITIL and HERMES practices.
• Experience within a Geneva public administration would be a plus.
• Autonomy, initiative, anticipation, and adaptability.
• Solution-oriented, with the necessary rigor and critical thinking.
• Demonstrated team spirit and stress resistance.
• Ability to integrate multidisciplinary teams composed of experts working remotely, including teleworking.

Job Description and Context:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud IAM Engineer for a client, a public administration in Geneva, to strengthen its identity and access management service, responsible for several hundred thousand accounts (citizens, employees, partners, and students) and their access to numerous digital services.

The successful candidate will strengthen the support activities and security of an IAM infrastructure that relies heavily on Microsoft directories, with particular expertise in cloud directory services such as Microsoft Entra ID. They will work within a team of experts working remotely, including teleworking. Mission subject to client accreditation procedure. Long-term mission (up to 5 years).
