A Luxembourg banking institution is evolving its ServiceNow platform and is looking for a senior profile to take charge of its configuration and IT asset repository. Freelance mission of several months, with a perspective of an internal position with the client.
Your role
- Repository governance: establish the framework (data model, standards, controls) and maintain it daily.
- Data reliability: monitor the quality of CIs and assets, conduct reviews and inventories, including on-site, and clean up obsolete data.
- IT asset management: advance ITAM processes throughout the hardware lifecycle.
- ServiceNow evolutions: propose and monitor CMDB improvements and participate in platform projects.
- Support: train teams and help them make the best use of the repository.
