Mission context:
As part of an IT transformation program and a legacy system decommissioning project, we need an experienced profile in Mainframe Cobol, DB2 IDMS, to handle batch processing tasks.
The company will provide the following services: detailed technical skills, mission details.
Technical skills:
The mission will consist of supporting the team lead in implementing tools for validating data migration.
To support them in writing and executing TNRs (Technical Note Reviews/Tests) on the impacted applications (mainly batch processing).
Identification of malfunctions
To support them in the maintainability of migrated applications.
Mainframe Cobol Developer, with a good command of batch processing and legacy environments.
Good knowledge of DB2 / IDMS / CICS, capable of intervening on applications impacted by data migration.
Autonomous and rigorous profile, capable of writing/executing TNRs, identifying malfunctions, and supporting the maintainability of migrated applications.
