The context

We are looking for a COBOL analyst-developer for an ambitious and central project in a banking environment. The project includes a significant BUILD component and relies on a workflow tool. You will join a technically strong team, with rigorous processes and a positive work atmosphere.

Your mission

Technical environment

COBOL (real-time, batch, TP) | JCL | HOST | DB2 | SQL

• Analyze functional requirements and write specifications.
• Develop and evolve applications in COBOL (real-time, batch, TP).
• Manage a project from end to end, from design to production.
• Support pre-production and performance phases.
• Contribute to the workflow tool and associated business challenges: transfers, fraud, commercial objectives.
• Delegate and supervise the execution of specifications (depending on the scope).
• Remain reactive and precise on a high-stakes project.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in COBOL development and analysis.
• Mastery of the above stack, in real-time as well as in batch.
• Experience in the banking sector is appreciated.
• Initial experience in the commercial field is an asset.

• Compensation: Daily rate of €375 to €400 net/day or permanent contract with a range of €45,000 to €50,000 gross annual.
