- Advising subject matter experts, management, and board members on various communication issues and projects
- Developing communication plans and executing parts of the communication policy
- Making improvement proposals for online and offline communication
- Managing designers or communication agencies and preparing briefings
- Handling press spokesperson duties
- HBO work and thinking level
- Extensive experience as an all-round communication professional within a municipality or other political-administrative organization
- Decisiveness combined with strong advisory skills
- Flexible transition between strategy, advice, and execution
- Quick integration into the organization and independent functioning
- Affinity with hands-on work alongside advisory role (desirable)
