- Advising on and executing communication for the refugee program, including press relations
- Developing and executing the communication and participation approach together with the project group, executive communication advisor, and executives
- Identifying what is happening in the Epe society regarding refugee reception and proactively incorporating this into advice and execution
- Completed communication education at a minimum HBO bachelor level
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a communication advisor within a government institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience initiating participation processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience with strategic environmental communication
