Computer Vision Engineer

Project overview

To support the development of its technologies, our client wishes to integrate an engineer specialized in Artificial Intelligence capable of designing exploitable algorithms in operational environments with high constraints.

The position is part of a context combining data processing, computer vision, numerical simulation, and automated decision-making. The developments carried out will be integrated into the core of autonomous systems intended to operate in real conditions.

Your missions:

Within a team comprising software, systems, and data processing experts, you will contribute to the development of intelligent functionalities to improve the analysis and autonomy capabilities of industrial systems.

You will be involved in the design, training, and evaluation of artificial intelligence models for issues such as image interpretation, object localization, unusual event detection, and the generation of evolution strategies in a dynamic environment.

You will also participate in the creation of simulation environments to produce scenarios representative of real operating conditions. These tools will be used for both learning phases and validation of the performance of the developed algorithms.

A portion of the position will be dedicated to the software integration of models within existing architectures, with optimization work aimed at ensuring response times compatible with embedded computing constraints.

You will take part in the qualification and validation activities of solutions in collaboration with the development, simulation, control-command, and systems teams.

Requirements

With higher education in computer science, artificial intelligence, robotics, or an equivalent field, you have experience in the development and industrialization of machine learning models.

You master the main market frameworks and are capable of intervening throughout the entire lifecycle of an AI solution: data preparation, training, validation, optimization, deployment, and continuous improvement.

You have solid software development skills and know how to operate in demanding technical environments where performance, robustness, and maintainability are essential criteria.

Beyond technical skills, the client is looking for an autonomous individual, capable of taking ownership of their subjects from end to end and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
