• Oversee quality assurance and quality control throughout construction and handover.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage defects, non-conformances and outstanding works through to resolution.
• Track issues and corrective actions using project management software.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to maintain quality and programme requirements.
• Promote Health & Safety standards and ensure high-risk activities are properly managed.
• Manage handover activities and ensure all quality records and closeout documentation are completed.
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven Quality Management experience on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, defect management and construction inspections.
• Experience with project management software and quality tracking systems.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and on-site leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of construction Health & Safety requirements.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
