• Practical experience in the field of property maintenance and planned maintenance
• Experience within a housing corporation
• Able to execute, coordinate, and organize planned maintenance
• Monitoring collaboration and alignment between KCC, NPO, and PO
• Structured approach, clear communication, risk-aware, and service-oriented conduct
• Valid driver's license (desirable)
