We are looking for an experienced consultant in client invoicing to support the Order Management/Accounts Receivable team of a data marketing company.

Context
As part of strengthening an Order Management/Accounts Receivable team within a data marketing company, we are looking for an experienced consultant in client invoicing management.
Scope of the mission
Profile sought
- Entry of quotes and establishment of billing summaries by client portfolio
- Coordination with operational teams (non-financial) for the collection of billing elements
- Issuance of invoices (by email and on dedicated platforms)
- Management of various billing models: per completion, per time spent, by schedule
- Independent billing for certain activities (based on transmitted data files)
- Tracking of purchase orders and follow-ups
- Monthly checks and quarterly reporting by portfolio
- Proven experience in Order Management, client invoicing, or sales administration (5 to 8 years)
- Comfortable with NetSuite and Google Sheets / Excel
- Autonomous, rigorous, good interpersonal skills with non-financial stakeholders
- An aptitude for analytical reading of the business is more important than a purely accounting profile
