We are continuing our development and are currently looking for a Business Process Mapping Consultant to work on a project for one of our clients in the banking and insurance sector. 💻💼

Context: Within the IT teams and in close collaboration with the business departments, you will be involved in business process mapping and optimization.

Your role is to provide a clear and structured vision of existing processes, understand the interactions between different stakeholders, and support their evolution.

Your main missions:

• Map existing business processes to formalize activities, steps, and interactions between different stakeholders
• Gather information from business teams and understand their operating methods
• Analyze existing processes (AS-IS), identify pain points, redundancies, and potential sources of inefficiency
• Model processes using BPMN 2.0 notation
• Design and formalize target processes (TO-BE) by integrating identified improvement areas
• Identify opportunities for simplification, harmonization, and optimization of processes
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to challenge practices and develop solutions
• Produce and maintain clear and usable documentation of mapped processes
• Facilitate communication between business teams and IT teams to ensure a good understanding of processes and their evolution
