Project overview

Context:

As part of the modernization and optimization of its business processes, our client, a major banking group, wishes to strengthen its capabilities in steering, digitalization, and automation of its activities.

You will support business teams to design and develop digital solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform environment.

The objective is to facilitate activity monitoring, improve data management and reliability, streamline operational processes, and provide employees with tools adapted to their business needs.

Your main missions:

Power BI – Reporting and Steering

Power Apps – Application Development

Power Automate – Automation

Profile sought

With a background in IT or equivalent, you have significant experience in the design and development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Proficiency in the following technologies is expected:

Beyond technical skills, a good understanding of business challenges, analytical and synthesis capabilities, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Autonomy, rigor, initiative, and a service-oriented mindset are expected qualities.

You also have a good command of English, both written and spoken.

Experience in the banking, financial, or regulated sector is a plus.

• Gather business needs and identify KPIs
• Design interactive dashboards and reports
• Prepare, transform, and model data
• Develop monitoring indicators and ensure report maintenance
• Identify processes that can be digitized
• Design and develop business applications (Canvas Apps)
• Create forms and user interfaces
• Connect applications to data sources: SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel
• Perform testing, acceptance, and deployment
• Design and develop automated workflows
• Automate validation circuits, notifications, and alerts
• Streamline communication between applications
• Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of automations
• Gather and formalize functional requirements
• Lead workshops with business teams
• Translate needs into technical solutions
• Support users and write documentation
• Power BI: dashboard design, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Power Apps: business application development, particularly Canvas Apps
• Power Automate: workflow creation, automations, connectors, and validation circuits
