We are looking for a PKI / X.509 Consultant for a 12-month renewable mission in Lyon.

Detailed Description

The person will join a team of experts in PKI and electronic certificates.

They will be involved in reducing the workload on RUN and the organization of physical and digital files concerning daily certificate requests.

Several activities will need to be managed:

Support for the PKI team on eIDAS standard related topics:

Provide support on the use of electronic certificates:

• Receive order letters and rigorously check the completeness and compliance of files.
• Validate and register compliant orders on the certificate provider's dedicated portal.
• Monitor deliveries, handle user complaints, and liaise with the provider's technical support in case of incidents.
• Make modifications and functional updates to existing regulatory documents.
• Organize, classify, and archive the corpus of regulatory documents to ensure accessibility, traceability, and proper referencing.
• Provide operational relay for regulatory requirements by requesting relevant collaborators to perform their tasks and monitoring deliverable progress.
• Answer user questions and assist them if necessary.
• Perform order and issuance actions for certificates based on requests.
