Project overview
Context
The Global Products entity (IGP) is part of the Group CIO division within the operations of a large insurance group.
IGP designs, implements, deploys, and operates shared global products in the following areas:
As part of the One Identity transformation program, aimed at building the next-generation IAM framework, the group has selected Ping Identity as the solution for its new authentication/access management platform.
This new platform will enable all group applications (global and local) to offer a secure and seamless access experience in a corporate context.

- Access Security (group and local access)
Responsibilities
Working Conditions
- Act as the coordinating manager responsible for One Account integration projects (e.g., ADFS migrations)
- Gather and manage requirements for features or migration projects
- Design and implement reviews with technical teams / developers
- Review test plans and support their execution with the Quality Assurance (QA) team
- Document projects (e.g., RACI)
- Manage the project: scope, quality, effort, risks, schedule
- Location: Île-de-France + surrounding areas
- Replacement of a dynamic IAM PM consultant
- Replacement of the current PM taking on a One Account PO role
- Context: Pathways scope #2, ADF decommissioning projects, as well as other product evolutions
