Consultant Publishing - ChannelStream / Open Publishing

Project overview

Hello,

As part of migration projects, modernization, and operational maintenance of publishing platforms, we are looking for a Publishing Consultant - ChannelStream / Open Publishing for a mission in Nantes or remote work, starting in October 2026 for 15 months.

You will be involved in the evolution and migration projects of document management platforms, while contributing to the operational maintenance of production environments.

• Your missions:
• Lead and support migration and evolution projects for publishing platforms;
• Participate in the migration of ChannelStream from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2022;
• Perform version upgrades for Open Publishing components;
• Participate in the evolution and updates of ChannelStream, BetaDocx, and EOS Access environments;
• Support the migration of CFT / Connect:Direct file transfer solutions;
• Ensure N2/N3 production support, as well as incident analysis and resolution;
• Guarantee the adaptation and compliance of existing controls to new environments, particularly Cloud;
• Participate in testing, acceptance, and go-live phases;
• Ensure technical coordination between business teams and various internal stakeholders;

Requirements

You have significant experience in the field of publishing, Customer Communication Management (CCM), or document management.

You ideally master all or part of the following environments and technologies:

Significant experience with ChannelStream / Open Publishing, combined with a good command of migration and production issues, will be a real asset for this mission.
