Project overview

Context:

Our client is looking for a Tracking & Digital Analyst Consultant to ensure the reliability of data collection, proper user consent management, and performance tracking of its websites and mobile applications.

Working Conditions

• Collect and frame measurement needs from Product Owners and business teams upstream of product evolutions and marketing operations
• Design and write web and mobile tagging plans in compliance with the defined taxonomy and data model
• Support developers in the implementation of the dataLayer and tagging, and follow up on developments in agile rituals
• Perform technical acceptance testing in test and pre-production environments, and monitor the resolution of anomalies in Jira Cloud until go-live
• Administer the Tag Management System (TMS) to configure, deploy, and maintain analytical and marketing tags, ensuring performance and absence of regression
• Configure and maintain the consent management platform (CMP), and control the triggering of trackers according to user choices
• Control the quality and completeness of production data, detect tracking breaks, and coordinate fixes
• Design and maintain dashboards in Piano Analytics and Power BI to track audience, acquisition, and feature usage
• Provide Data and BI teams with the necessary flows, API requests, and extractions for cross-functional reports
• Perform journey analyses and respond to ad-hoc quantification requests from business teams
• Support users in understanding dashboards
• Maintain documentation in Confluence Cloud for tagging, TMS architecture, CMP configurations, and go-lives
