Consulting Assignment | Developer Focused on Security, Oslo

Project overview

For a public client, we are looking for a developer with a focus on security and privacy for a team building a new platform for reporting individual data from primary schools, kindergartens, and possibly private high schools. The solution will be operated in Azure, is mainly backend with some frontend, and has high demands on privacy, access control, and secure data transfer.

The consultant will be part of a product team of five and will be the team's security champion. They will take responsibility for ROS analyses and DPIAs, while simultaneously working practically with the development and testing of integrations. As the solution gains more integrations and business rules, the need for testing competence will increase, so it is an advantage to enjoy both development and testing. The team works agilely and closely with the client and users, and the consultant is expected to provide advice and challenge solutions where it makes sense.

• Solid experience with information security and privacy/GDPR
• Practical experience with ROS analyses and DPIA
• Experience with development and testing of API integrations in .NET and C#
• Experience with security in Azure, including OIDC, OAuth, and Zero Trust
• Experience with test-driven development and DevSecOps
• Proficient in Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish written and spoken
• Start: flexible
