Project overview

Context

The Operating Performance team plays a key role in the performance and evolution of the Content Factory. It manages cross-functional projects aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and productivity of operations, through continuous improvement, process optimization, and leveraging AI opportunities. It also manages the tools that support the Content Factory's activities in collaboration with business, content production, IT, purchasing, and external partner teams.

We are looking for a Content Operations Project Manager to support this dynamic through projects for continuous improvement, process evolution, and the deployment of new solutions and partnerships.

Reporting & Scope

This first project is a starting point: the Content Operations Project Manager will then be responsible for managing other cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes and sustainably improving operational performance.

• Manage assigned projects, from scoping to operational deployment, ensuring the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of objectives.
• Audit existing processes, understand user needs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Structure projects into concrete action plans: steps, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, risks, and monitoring indicators.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Content Factory, central, regional, and local Marketing, IT, Purchasing, etc.) and external stakeholders to secure deliverables and ensure project progress.
• Formalize processes, operating procedures, and reference materials, support their adoption, and optimize results in terms of productivity, quality, costs, and time-to-market.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation of Content Factory processes.
• Explore possibilities offered by digital tools, AI, and new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the experimentation and deployment of new solutions with business and IT teams, ensuring consistency between operational needs and developed solutions.
• With the possibility of 2 days of remote work per week.
