Contract Administrator (IT Procurement)

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Contract Manager to join our team and directly support our client—a prominent international organization—in managing and optimizing its technology procurement agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Drafting & Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and manage IT procurement documentation using corporate-approved templates, tracking contracts from initial drafting through to execution.

Commercial & Legal Review: Review vendor-proposed agreements, order forms, and commercial terms from both a high-level legal and commercial perspective.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify contractual, financial, operational, and compliance risks, formulating clear mitigation strategies and escalating issues when necessary.

Software Licensing & SaaS Governance: Review software licensing terms, usage metrics, subscription models (SaaS), and pricing structures to ensure full commercial and contractual compliance.

Stakeholder Negotiation & Alignment: Facilitate negotiations and build alignment across key stakeholder groups, including Procurement, Legal, Business Owners, and external IT vendors.

Policy Compliance: Ensure all contractual terms adhere strictly to organizational policies, procurement standards, and enterprise risk management guidelines.

What You Bring

Education: Degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to IT contract management, sourcing, legal operations, or technology commercial management.

IT Contracting Expertise: Proven track record negotiating and drafting IT-related agreements, such as SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, professional services agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and maintenance/support contracts.

Commercial Acumen: In-depth understanding of technology contract clauses, including IP, liabilities, indemnities, SLAs, data protection, termination/renewal rights, and licensing metrics.

Tools & Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior experience with SAP, HighQ, Power BI, or modern Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is a strong advantage.

Languages & Soft Skills: Fluent professional English (written and verbal) is required. Strong analytical judgment, multi-stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to operate autonomously in dynamic environments.
