Coordinating Advisor Public Space (interim)

Project overview

The assignment includes coordinating the Realization team and supporting various policy and execution processes concerning public space.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate the Realization team and support the team leader in the growth of the team
• Direct daily activities and monitor priorities within the project portfolio
• Guide colleagues, managers, and project leaders in organizing and executing projects
• Advise on the design, management, and development of public space
• Guide projects in the areas of green spaces, civil engineering, playgrounds, and neighborhood development
• Translate policy goals into concrete, executable measures
• Connect interests between management, policy, execution, management, and administration
• Direct administrative processes and prepare policy documents and proposals
• Monitor alignment between projects and administrative goals, laws and regulations, and municipal policy
• Propose improvements for the department
• HBO bachelor's degree in civil engineering, business administration, or public administration
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the physical domain, gained in the last 10 years
• Experience working for a municipal organization
• Experience in coordinating tasks and providing substantive direction to specialists
• Experience with infrastructure projects
