Assignment Description

We are looking for a Copilot Adoption Specialist with a focus on training, user support, and further development of Microsoft Copilot.

In the role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Copilot forward and ensuring that users receive the right support to use the tool effectively. You will plan and conduct webinars, workshops, and training initiatives, develop guides and instructional materials, and coordinate forums and communities across different parts of the organization.

You will also act as an advisor on Microsoft Copilot and AI agents and contribute to the further development of existing ways of working and support structures.

Requirements

• You have good competence in Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
• You have experience with adoption, training, and change management.
• You have technical understanding and experience in supporting the business.
• You have strong communication and pedagogical skills.
• You have experience in independently driving and further developing training and adoption initiatives.
• You have broader knowledge of AI and other AI tools.
• You have experience with Copilot agents.
• You have experience with training platforms, for example, Workday Learning.
