CP Modern Workplace

Project overview

We are looking for a CP Modern Workplace on Nancy (2/5) and remote (3/5) for a 3-month renewable mission.

Responsibilities

Study, research, development, and optimization of applications related to the Information System:

· Study needs with project ownership or technical requester

· Conduct opportunity studies initiated by a sponsor

· Study the feasibility of the Specifications

· Collaborate/Develop general specifications

· Measure impacts on the IS (technical, functional, performance, operational, financial, and process)

· Participate in the selection of IT solutions

· Estimate the implementation and maintenance costs of the solution

IS Project Management:

· Identify expertise and resources

· Propose project monitoring and steering bodies

· Form the project team

· Organize project scoping and launch

· Monitor and track documentation

· Organize the project into batches, phases, tasks

· Develop planning (schedule, milestones)

· Determine the scope of application and technical acceptance

· Implement and populate monitoring indicators, particularly for quality/cost/deadline adequacy

· Evaluate work methods against the project management framework

· Monitor and regulate the project

· Ensure consistency between the solution and the scoping note

· Prepare and validate the summary report

· Prepare the recurring mode of the delivered solution

Achievements:

· Decide on the technical solutions to be adopted to meet the needs expressed by the MOA and the operational and license cost control needs expressed by the IT department

· Coordinate technical design and detailed technical specifications

· Industrialize design and development to enable component integration into the IS

· Organize the realization in terms of specific developments or integration, define tests, and coordinate acceptance

· Define the technical deployment strategy for the solution

Functional Management:

· Manage project teams and occasional contributors within the scope of projects

· Mobilize and support project stakeholders

· Evaluate and develop collaborators working on their project

Specific Activities

· Contract Management: systematically check contract compliance and promptly address anomalies

· Organize and participate in the development of calls for tender

· Service Level Management: define, validate, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and subcontracting agreements for the services offered

He defines, implements, and manages an IS project from its conception to its acceptance, with the aim of achieving an optimal result that meets the requirements formulated by the MOA project manager or the business client regarding quality, performance, cost, deadline, and security.
