Project overview
As Credit Change Lead you drive transformation within the credit function of a global financial institution, bridging technology and business initiatives.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guide technology- and business-driven change initiatives across the credit function, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Develop detailed roadmaps for credit-related change planning
- Coach and guide a sizeable team of credit subject matter experts
- Maintain frequent contact with stakeholders, including senior C-suite executives, to safeguard clear communication
- Oversee delivery of complex change projects from start to completion
- Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to promote knowledge sharing
- Champion inclusive practices by considering diverse perspectives during change processes
- Monitor progress against project milestones and provide guidance
- Identify risks and challenges early and respond with suitable solutions
- Encourage continuous improvement by promoting feedback and best practices
- Broad background in credit within the banking industry
- Demonstrable track record in Change Management or Business Analysis
- Director-level leadership experience with growth leadership principles
- Capability to manage upward and engage C-suite stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills for building trustful relationships across teams
- Experience working within large-scale banks
- Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels
