• Experience with CRM marketing automation platforms, including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Campaign.
• Experience with journey configuration and orchestration across multi-channel CRM lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience with audience segmentation and targeting, including SQL-based audience extraction and segmentation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud as an alternative or complementary CRM platform.
• Experience with end-to-end QA, A/B testing, and experimentation for CRM journey deployment.
