Cross-Delivery Production & Methods Coordinator

Project overview

We are looking for a Cross-Delivery Production & Methods Coordinator for a 3-month renewable mission in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.

Within the Information Systems Department (DSI), the Systems & Applications Services (SSA) department manages the transformation and daily operational reliability.

As part of the industrialization of our environments, we are undertaking several major cross-functional projects: automation of patch management, deployment of hypervision, and modernization of our operational practices.

To ensure the success of these transitions without overloading the existing project management teams, we are looking for a Cross-Delivery Production & Methods Coordinator (M/F).

Their mission will be to orchestrate the operational delivery of these tooling projects, act as a liaison between engineering and operations (Run) teams, and review production processes to ensure their alignment with these new automated standards.

The consultant will work transversally on the following areas:

o Patch Management Automation: Synchronize the definition of update rules, structuring of deployment waves, exception management, and validation of rollback procedures.

o Hypervision Implementation: Coordinate the integration of supervision flows, centralization and correlation of alerts, reduction of background noise, and definition of operational steering dashboards.

o Audit existing operational workflows (change management/CAB, incident management, production deployments, maintenance windows).

o Formalize simplified, standardized processes adapted to the benefits of automation and new hypervision.

o Ensure smooth liaison between engineering teams, production (Run) teams, Quality, and business Project Managers.

o Lead technical coordination meetings and monitor delivery progress without overlap with global project management instances.

o Define and validate criteria for operational handover (VABF/VSR).

o Support operations teams in adopting new tools and revised processes.

o Good understanding of patch management issues (automation tools like Ansible, WSUS, SCCM, patches in Cloud environments).

o Mastery of supervision and hypervision concepts (Centreon, Grafana, Dynatrace, ITSM EasyVista, log/alert centralization).

• Coordination & Transversal Delivery: Solid experience in coordinating technical activities within an IT department, managing dependencies, tracking deliveries, and facilitating operational workshops.

• ITIL Methods & Processes: Expertise in modeling and optimizing ITIL v3/v4 processes (Changes, Incidents, Problems, Release Management).
• Technical Environment: Global vision of Hybrid Cloud infrastructures (GCP / On-Premise) and Windows Server and Linux systems.

• Cross-Delivery Tracking Dashboards: Project progress plans (Patch Management & Hypervision), risk matrix, and blockage tracking.
• Production Process Audit Report: Status report, current flow mapping, and rationalization recommendations.
• Revised Process Repository: Updated operational workflows, operational procedure sheets, and incident escalation guidelines under hypervision.
• Operational Transfer Files (DTE): Validation of entry criteria for Operational Maintenance (MCO) of new tools.
• Change Management Support Materials: User guides for new processes and summary sheets for Run teams.
