We are looking for a business-oriented Data Analyst BI to join the Administrative and Financial Directorate of a real estate subsidiary of a large group. The project consists of ensuring the continuity of a position for a few months, with a quick takeover of the existing setup.
The context
The directorate relies on Power BI reporting to manage its activities, in close collaboration with operational teams. It also uses several business tools, including a dematerialization tool, which need to be maintained and developed.
Responsibilities
Important: On-site presence with no remote work / Project for approximately 4 to 6 months
- Maintenance and reliability of existing Power BI reports
- Design of new dashboards with operational teams
- Functional administration of business tools: configuration, support, coordination with publishers and the IT department
- Training and support for users
- Updating documentation: processes, operating procedures, specifications
