Data Analyst integrated into the CRM Tribe, within the central Data Insights & Analytics team of a large international company in the hotel sector. Role of a bridge between business strategy and data execution: work with Product Leads / PO on the Data side and business stakeholders, definition of business KPIs and contribution to complete analytical data products.

• Requirements Framing: define and align KPIs with business units and Project Leads, design mockups, frame MVPs, identify reusable data assets
• Strategic Analyses: cross-functional business analyses with high impact, data compliance control, evaluation of value delivered by data products
• Exploratory Analyses: validate business hypotheses, identify growth levers
• User enablement / adoption / support: assist users with data products, methodologies, and self-service tools
• AI & LLM: use AI / LLM tools for intelligent features in data products and to optimize daily tasks
• Customer Lifecycle (customer progression, LTV, retention)
• Contactability (database health, opt-in, multi-channel reachability)
• Personalization (analytics for personalized campaigns)
