Data Analyst - Retail Analytics

Central London - Onsite - £55-£60 per hour - Inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in retail, sales, commercial or merchandising analytics.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders to analyse large datasets, identify trends and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial decision-making.

Contract Details

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and business insights
• Turn data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
• Own the analysis process from data extraction and cleansing through to visualisation and presentation
• Develop and maintain KPIs and OKRs
• Write advanced SQL queries
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
• Work with cloud-based data using GCP/BigQuery
• Partner with stakeholders across sales, commercial, merchandising and other business functions
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst or Business Analyst
• Retail, sales, commercial and/or merchandising experience is essential
• Advanced SQL
• Power BI
• GCP/BigQuery
• DAX
• Advanced Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot
• KPI and performance reporting
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
