Function

The Data Analytics department guides the client in realizing its vision to become the leading, data-driven health insurance fund. We offer expert guidance at every step of the data and analytics process, develop tailor-made solutions based on advanced technologies, and provide business units with the insights needed to drive innovation with data, optimize processes, and achieve strategic goals. The Data Analytics team supports data strategy and planning, advanced analytics, data governance, innovation workshops, and custom solutions.

Within our Data Capabilities Center of Excellence, we are building an organization where business teams can use data independently and responsibly to make better decisions. We connect people, strengthen capabilities, pool expertise, and help turn data opportunities into tangible business results.

To support this mission, we are looking for a Data Capability Consultant who is passionate about guiding business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and helping to build data capabilities throughout the organization. As a Data Capability Consultant, you act as a bridge between the business and data.

You help teams identify opportunities, clarify challenges, and connect them with the right expertise and resources. Although you may not always be the one delivering the solution, you ensure that teams are heading in the right direction and become increasingly competent and independent in their data journey.

• Developing practical frameworks, approaches, and reusable resources.
• Identifying recurring organizational needs and improvement opportunities.
• Supporting the organization on its path to higher data maturity.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in a business operations, data, consultancy, innovation, or transformation role.
• Experience in social security/healthcare is a big plus.
• Familiar with business and technical analysis.
• You have experience with stakeholder management, leading workshops, and organizational change.
• You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
• You are curious about data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation.
• Experience with other ML platforms and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Native Dutch speaker – passive knowledge of French
• 4 days remote work + on Thursdays in Schaarbeek
