In this role, you will build and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, design logging frameworks, and enable top-line metrics dashboards that protect and empower millions of users.

• Build & Scale Pipelines: Design, optimize, and maintain production ETL/ELT pipelines and logging systems for critical security and operational metrics.
• Metric & Dashboard Architecture: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into clean, robust data models and automated dashboards.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of standalone data infrastructure projects from month two onwards-debugging, logging, and deploying reliable datasets.
• Leverage AI Tech: Utilize modern AI coding assistants (eg, GitHub Copilot) in your day-to-day workflow to deliver clean code faster.
• 3-4+ Years of Experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or BI Engineering within a product-driven tech company.
• SQL Mastery: Deep expertise in complex SQL queries, query optimization, and data modeling (This is our #1 technical priority).
• Python Proficiency: Solid hands-on coding experience in Python for data processing and pipeline development.
• AI Tooling Exposure: Active experience using AI tools (eg, Copilot, ChatGPT, LLMs) for development and debugging.
• Autonomy & Impact: Proven ability to onboard quickly, troubleshoot data infrastructure, and execute independent projects without hand-holding.
• Data Logging: Prior exposure to logging infrastructure and compromise/security metric tracking is a strong plus.
• High-Visibility Scope: Work directly on top-line security metrics for one of the largest tech platforms in the world.
