Context

As part of structuring its Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) data governance, our client is launching a mission to diagnose and redesign the management process for this data. The objective: to make OHS data reliable, clarify responsibilities, and lay the foundation for sustainable governance.

• Conduct a diagnosis of the current OHS data management process and identify areas for improvement
• Map data flows and formalize data lineage (from field collection to reporting)
• Define associated roles and responsibilities (RACI type / data owner – data steward)
• Build a prioritized and tool-supported governance action plan
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders, and present conclusions to management
• Solid experience in data governance and quality, and process improvement
• Mastery of data flow mapping and data lineage approaches
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and conducting organizational diagnostics
• Very good analytical, synthesis, and written/oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the energy sector
• Knowledge of occupational health/safety topics
• Formalization of governance models (RACI, committees, data policies)
• Start: flexible
• Remote: hybrid

• Rate: 81-81 EUR/h
