We are continuing our development and are currently looking for a Data Project Manager – Asset Management (M/F) to work with one of our clients in the banking sector. 💻💼

Profile sought

With a BAC+3/5 degree, you have at least 10 years of experience in project management, ideally in a banking, financial, or insurance environment.

You have solid functional knowledge of Asset Management and the challenges related to Data.

Skills required 🛠:

• Lead a strategic project to structure and formalize a Data service and offering for a player in the insurance sector.
• Collect, analyze, and formalize the needs of different business units: Investments, Finance, Impact, and Risks.
• Coordinate Data, Architecture, Offering, and Product teams as well as business stakeholders.
• Define the Target Operating Model (TOM) and target Data architecture.
• Define data quality requirements and associated control mechanisms.
• Clarify Golden Sources by data domain and according to business uses.
• Structure a Data service offering including its pricing model.
• Develop the implementation roadmap: planning, workload estimation, and costing.
• Lead workshops, project committees, and steering committees.
• Management and leadership of complex and cross-functional projects.
• Good functional knowledge of Asset Management.
• Mastery of Data challenges: governance, quality, architecture, and data repositories.
• Knowledge of Golden Sources and Target Operating Model (TOM) concepts.
• Ability to coordinate multiple business and IT teams.
• Facilitation of business workshops, project committees, and steering committees.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and leadership skills.
