Context
As part of a long-term assignment with one of our clients in the retail sector, we are looking for a freelance Data Project Manager to audit the existing decision-making systems and lead their modernization.
Your role will be primarily functional and cross-functional: gain perspective on the existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and build a roadmap adapted to business and technical challenges.
Missions
Key mission information
- Audit the existing decision-making heritage
- Map
- Identify redundancies, technical debt, and potential points of fragility.
- Evaluate data quality, platform performance, and business uses.
- Define areas for improvement
- Formalize recommendations (architecture, modeling, governance, ...)
- Prioritize improvement projects
- Build a structured roadmap.
- Present recommendations
- Lead and coordinate teams
- Ensure coordination between business, Data Engineering, BI, and IT teams.
- Lead project meetings
- Ensure regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Location: Paris
- Remote work: 2 days per week
