Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to join multi-disciplinary teams on a 12-month hybrid contract (minimum 2 days per week on-site), with multiple positions available. The role involves exploring problem statements, experimenting with different approaches, and developing industrialised applications, including leading the development of advanced Machine Learning models and AI applications.

• Develop experimental models and machine learning applications in Python
• Perform complex statistical analysis and interpret results
• Lead small teams in the development and maintenance of data science products, mentoring junior data scientists and providing technical guidance
• Collaborate with business partners to communicate key findings
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science
• 6+ years' experience in data science
• Experience with problem framing and AI/ML metrics
• Evaluation and development of classical ML and LLM solutions
• Prompt engineering and RAG fundamentals
