Delivery Lead CESA Futures

Project overview

Delivery Lead required for a long term contract, offering competitive rates and hybrid working in the West Midlands or West Sussex, with 2 days per week in the office.

BPSS clearance is required.

You'll support Agile software delivery within a multidisciplinary team, combining Scrum Master responsibilities with practical delivery management to ensure effective planning, stakeholder engagement and successful project delivery. There is potential for extension into subsequent project phases.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in Agile software delivery, Scrum Master practices and delivery management is essential. Experience with Jira, delivery planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting is highly desirable.

Open to candidates based in Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Brighton, Horsham and Chichester

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support backlog management, prioritisation, and sprint planning.
• Track delivery progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide clear progress reporting and maintain visibility using Jira.
• Remove blockers and promote collaboration across product, design, analysis, engineering, and testing teams.
• Support delivery planning, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or Delivery Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex delivery environments.
